1) Exemption and assistance for payroll loans of deceased members -

A) The Member Dead Revival Fund has been set up to provide assistance to their heirs in case of death of a Teacher Member and a Bank Servant while on duty and to reduce the debt burden of the Bank. 20,00,000 / - (literally twenty lakhs only) is collected to reduce the burden.

B) In case of death of an inactive member of the bank while on duty, only Rs.300000 / - is given to his heirs.

C) As soon as the member of the bank realizes that he has passed away, the representative of the bank goes to his house and shares his grief on behalf of the bank by providing immediate help to the family.

D) Rs.2000 / - is provided to the members and their relatives for incurable diseases, accidents from the scheme of welfare fund.


2) Rewards Ceremony

The smart kids of the members should be encouraged. Appreciate their merits and study with more enthusiasm and success in life. For this, from the year 1972, 10th, 12th, Padhavidhar, Navodaya Vidyalaya, etc. kids of the Members and servants who get special proficiency in are honored by giving prizes. Children selected as players at the state and national level are also honored.


3) Ideal Teacher Award Ceremony

Teachers who have received the Adarsh Shikshak Puraskar at the national, state, district and taluka levels in Sangli district are felicitated every year by the bank by giving certificates and badges.


4) Savitribai Phule Ideal Teacher Award

Every year, 23 primary teachers who are members of the bank awarded by Savitribai Phule Ideal Teacher Award with 1001 / - and a memento. for their special efforts in social work and scholarship.
